How do I send you the personalization?
There are a few ways. If you use paypal.... add the name & date in the comments.
If you checkout with Google.... either email us at sales@customcandlesunlimited.com or use the "ask seller a question" button on the product page.
Will I see a proof before shipping?
Yes.... all orders must have a proof approval before any processing is done. If you are using google checkout... use your REAL email (not the hidden one google assigns you)
We will email a proof & if everything is OK or if we need to make changes... just reply to the email.
Can I burn these candles?
Yes you can... however... NEVER leave any candle burning when you are not around. NEVER let children burn these in their rooms. Always keep an eye on burning candles.
Can I request a different color candle?
No... with the process we use to make these... white is the only color we use because your design will not show up very well on any other color. (Purple photos are not pretty... LOL)
